Returns Policy: #1 You have 30 days to return an item from when you ordered it. #2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. #3 Your item must be in the original packaging. #4 Contact us before sending back your item so that we can issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Refunds: #1 Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. #2 We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. #3 If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) #4 All Returns are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return results from an error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). This gives you a domestic address, in the United States, that Our Company will ship to at our same low (or free) domestic shipping rates. The mail forwarding service takes care of getting your mail to you in your country. This is a simpler and more cost-effective way of servicing our International customers.
